The total volume of milk to be treated, the frequency of arrival, the volume of the road tanks and the final destination of the milk, are the determinant parameters for the capacity of the reception line(s). The capacity of these equipment will be that the milk discharge occurs as quickly as possible. Thus it’s possible to keep the nutritional value and avoid microbial degradation of milk.
 
At the factory, the milk is submitted to various operations, such as:

Thermization
Clarification, skimming and fat content normalization
Homogenization
Pasteurization
UHT treatment
etc.
 

ARSOPI manufactures and supplies all the necessary equipment for these operations and incorporates in reception lines, treatment and milk storage, built according to the most stringent criteria of safety and hygiene. The command of the different units can be located in a stainless steel panel placed in the unit or from a centra.
