Cream resulting from the adjustment of milk fat content is cooled and stored.
The cream pasteurisation heat treatment is then done, for example, for butter manufacturing, or UHT treatment when long-term packing is requested.
ARSOPI supplies, assembles and starts-up the following equipment:
