  Cheese Brining

ARSOPI has various equipment and solutions for cheese brining, according to the client's quantities and requirements. We can normally consider the following:
  • Stainless steel tanks, with recirculating system for brine cooling in plate heat exchanger.
  • Mechanized brining on surface, consisting of a set of equipment to allow good uniformity of the cheese brining, including:
  • Trolley car to spray the cheese upper part.
  • Various chambers with cheese inlet/outlet channels.
  • Acceptor for brining agitation.
  • Inlet/outlet conveyors.
  • Salt dissolving tank.
  • Brine exchanger/cooler.
  • Centrifugal pumps.
  • Control board.
  • Deep mechanized brining, consisting of chambers/boxes of various levels, where the cheese is placed. The boxes submerge in the brine bath, which normally includes:
  • Stainless steel boxes, with various levels (according do the depth needed), with inlet/outlet.
  • Agitators for the brine bath/cheese agitation.
  • Inlet/outlet conveyors.
  • Salt dissolving tanks.
  • Centrifugal pumps.
  • Plate heat exchanger.
  • Control board.
