ARSOPI has various equipment and solutions for cheese brining,
according to the client's quantities and requirements. We can
normally consider the following:
Stainless steel tanks, with recirculating system for brine
cooling in plate heat exchanger.
Mechanized brining on surface, consisting of a set of equipment
to allow good uniformity of the cheese brining, including:
Trolley car to spray the cheese upper part.
Various chambers with cheese inlet/outlet channels.
Acceptor for brining agitation.
Inlet/outlet conveyors.
Salt dissolving tank.
Brine exchanger/cooler.
Centrifugal pumps.
Control board.
Deep mechanized brining, consisting of chambers/boxes of
various levels, where the cheese is placed. The boxes submerge
in the brine bath, which normally includes:
Stainless steel boxes, with various levels (according
do the depth needed), with inlet/outlet.
Agitators for the brine bath/cheese agitation.
Inlet/outlet conveyors.
Salt dissolving tanks.
Centrifugal pumps.
Plate heat exchanger.
Control board.
