The total volume of milk to be treated, period of arrival,
tanks' volume and final destination given to the milk are
the decisive parameters of the reception line capacity. ARSOPI
manufactures and supplies the necessary equipment, which
basically include:
- Milk measuring system SIRTEC CAIS, with different
possibilities, data records (Productor Nr., Vol., T., t., etc.) and
samples collection. As alternative to the milk volumetric
measurement, we can also consider weighing.
- Plate heat exchanger, when the uniformity of the milk
inlet temperature is required at the mill.
- TAI tank or SAI/B Silo for milk storage at the mill.
The capacity of the above equipment will be so that the milk
discharge will occur as fast as possible.
