  Milk Pasteurization

The pasteurization heat treatment that occurs on plate heat exchangers is essentially similar to heating, although more intense - 73 to 75ºC, 15 seconds.
Eventual modifications in the temperature program can be considered, according to the milk final destination - cheese manufacturing, natural pasteurised milk, yoghurt manufacturing, etc.
ARSOPI supplies, assembles and starts-up all above equipment, such as complete pasteurization units, homogeniser (optional) and their integration in the plant. The pasteurization control can be placed in a stainless panel near the unit or starting from a central control chamber.
