After having arrived at the mill and in order to maintain its nutritiveness and avoid microbic degradation, the milk is submitted to various unitary operations, such as:
  • Cooling
  • Heating
  • Clarification
  • Skimming and fat contents normalization
  • Homogenisation
  • Pasteurisation
  • Filtration
  • Etc.
