    • Tests and Inspection

    All production is submitted to intermediate and final inspections with reports and certificates.
    Our company has a laboratory for this purpose, which is equipped with the necessary equipment for all kinds of tests.
    The tests usually done are the following:
  • Chemical analysis
  • Tensile
  • Impact
  • Dimensional control
  • Hydraulic and tightness
  • Superficial quality and penetrant liquids
  • Macro and microstructure analysis
  • X-ray inspection, gamography and ultrasonic
  • Intergranular corrosion
  • Magnaflux
    • All above tests are directed by the Quality Department, starting from the internal procedures according to ISO 9001:2000 qualification.
