Prepared to adapt patterns and moulding equipment to
our production method. Patterns of medium and large
dimensions are sub-supplied.
Moulding
Ceramic process up to box dimensions of 600 x 500 mm
and weight of 25 kg.
Self-drying sand process up to box dimension of
1600 x 1600 mm and casting weight of 500 kg.
Melting
2 medium frequency induction furnaces with unit capacity of 440 kg.
1 induction furnace to the network frequency with capacity of 150 kg.
Heat treatment
1 electric furnace with program - maximum temperature 1200ºC.
1 gas furnace - maximum temperature 1100 ºc.
Fettling and finishing
Fettling chambers equipped with dedusting and high frequency machines.
Shotblasting equipment in stainless steel.
Aluminium oxide finishing and cleaning equipment.
Glass beads finishing and cleaning equipment.
Machining
Conventional and numerical control machines for casting machining.
