Foundry          Arsopi's Foundry Division manufactures castings in stainless steel, refractory and nickel alloys in medium and small batches or single units to supply equipment manufacturers for the Food, Dairy, Beverage, Cellulose, Paper, Textile, Chemical and Petrochemical industries, mainly for valves and hydraulic valves manufactures. Most castings are manufactured in sand moulding (maximum weight 500 kg), but can have tighter tolerances and better superficial quality by the ceramic moulding process (maximum weight 25 kg). ARSOPI has manufacturing equipment and co-operators able to fulfil the clients' demands by producing pieces in various stainless alloys, in short delivery times and high quality, as can be checked by the various certifications in our possession. We have at the clients' disposal 30 years of experience in stainless steel castings, which can be supplied heat treated, pickled and completely machined.
